1. In accordance with the provisions of the Labor Standards Act, national holidays, special leave, official leave for marriage, bereavement, and sick leave, family care leave, and parental leave shall be granted.

2. The total number of leave hours taken in 2024 was 27,487 hours, mainly including special leave (13,644 hours), public leave (5,565.5 hours), sick leave (2,513.5 hours), menstrual leave (936.5 hours), birthday leave (1,896 hours), and natural disaster leave (3,492.5 hours), demonstrating the company's achievements in protecting employees' leave rights and implementing a flexible leave system.

1. Under the old Labor Standards Act: 2% of the total monthly employee salary was allocated to retirement funds. In 2024, the retirement reserve account totaled NT$1,033,800.

2. For those subject to the new Labor Retirement Pension Act: Contributions will be made at a rate of 6% of the employee's monthly salary, based on the monthly contribution wage grading table approved by the Executive Yuan, and deposited into the individual labor retirement pension account. The recognized retirement pension amount for 2024 will be NT$7,451,566.

II. Further Education and Training

GMT adheres to the philosophy that "talent is the key asset for the sustainable development of an enterprise" and continues to invest resources in building a comprehensive employee training and development system to help employees enhance their professional skills, improve work efficiency, and promote organizational capability upgrades in line with the company's strategy.

The training system features diverse courses designed according to job level, position, and business needs, covering aspects such as pre-employment training for new employees, professional skills enhancement, management cadre development, ESG and sustainability education, occupational health and safety regulations, and internal control and compliance. Courses utilize a combination of internal instructors, external training, and digital learning to balance quality and ease of participation. Each unit regularly reviews training needs, integrating them with performance evaluations and career development planning; the Human Resources Department coordinates course implementation, effectiveness tracking, and resource utilization to ensure that training aligns with organizational goals.

Looking ahead, GMT will aim to "strengthen talent resilience and enhance organizational competitiveness," deepen the application of digital learning, promote a proactive learning culture, enhance manager training and cross-departmental courses, cultivate teams with sustainable thinking and innovative capabilities, continuously nurture talent potential, and practice sustainable business operations.

III. Retirement System

Our company provides a comprehensive retirement pension system in accordance with the Labor Standards Act and the Labor Retirement Pension Act, which is divided into the old system and the new system, to ensure the livelihood of employees after retirement.
Old systemThis applies to employees who joined or chose the old system before July 1, 2005. In accordance with Article 56 of the Labor Standards Act, the company allocates no less than 2% of the total salary each month as a retirement reserve fund, which is deposited into a trust account for dedicated use and is subject to regular audits by the Ministry of Labor.
New systemThis applies to employees who joined or were transferred to the new system after July 1, 2005. The company allocates 6% of the employee's salary to the individual retirement fund account each month. Employees can also voluntarily contribute, enjoy tax benefits, and the retirement fund belongs entirely to the individual, with portability and security.

The human resources department is responsible for retirement system management and employee consultation, and works with the finance department to audit disbursements and accounts to ensure that rights and interests are protected.
