Cross Roller Bearings

GMT 's self-made crossed roller bearings consist of an inner ring, an outer ring, multiple rollers, and multiple spacers. The rollers are arranged perpendicularly to the spacers on a 90-degree V-groove rolling surface, allowing the bearing to withstand radial, axial, and moment loads. The rollers in the crossed roller bearing have line contact with the raceway surface, resulting in a large load-bearing area under load. Therefore, they are ideally suited for rotating parts in industrial robots, rotary tables, medical equipment, and similar applications.
