Precision mold base external guide pillars, guide bushings, and ball bearing bushings

The outer guide pillar is installed on the lower die base to provide initial support and guidance, while the guide sleeve is fixed to the upper die base, forming a low-friction channel. The steel ball sleeve has a built-in ball retainer to achieve backlash-free rolling, reduce frictional resistance, support high-speed operation, and reduce wear on the punch and die, thereby extending die life.

Widely used in precision stamping dies, such as automotive parts, hardware, electronic connectors and high-speed progressive dies, suitable for CNC machining and automated production lines, ensuring product accuracy and high-frequency opening and closing efficiency.
