Alignment Stages

The alignment platform is a high-precision automated device that uses XY direction moving units combined with θ angle fine-tuning rotation to precisely align and combine two workpieces.

It mainly includes X-axis and Y-axis linear modules, rotary mechanisms, and power units such as servo motors and guide rails. Common types include XYθ platforms (basic superimposed movement and rotation), XYY platforms (single X and double Y to achieve angle correction), and UVW platforms (higher precision multi-axis superposition).

Widely used in semiconductor wafer alignment, LCD panel bonding, wafer alignment, LCD film application, PCB exposure, smartphone component assembly, camera module core adjustment, optoelectronic component testing, and fiber optic coupling to improve production yield.
