Information Security
Information Security Policy, Organization, and Objectives

To ensure the security of data belonging to the Company, customers, suppliers, and all employees, and to achieve operational resilience and business continuity, GMT Global has established and implemented an “Information Security Management Policy” as the highest guiding principle for corporate information security governance. Starting from corporate governance, we comprehensively strengthen our information security protection framework to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, while actively responding to the high cybersecurity standards required by global customers in the supply chain.

Information Security Governance Structure

To effectively promote information security governance, GMT has established a dedicated Information Security Task Force. The team consists of one IT manager and several professional IT personnel, responsible for formulating internal information security policies and planning information security operations. This includes promotion across three aspects: personnel training, process management, and technology application, thereby implementing the Company’s information security governance.

Information security governance is based on the three core principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability, and adopts the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to conduct risk analysis and improvements for information systems. This helps protect corporate assets and ensure system reliability and sustainability.
