The miniature linear guide adopts a two-row Gothic track design with ball bearings connected at 45° in a circulating design to achieve four-point contact and equal load effect.

The return flow channel is made of plastic injection molding, which greatly reduces the noise generated by the collision between the ball and the metal.

The sealed scraper blade and dustproof design at the bottom of the stage block significantly reduce the entry of dust and foreign objects, extending service life.

Product Features

♦ The return channel is made of plastic injection molding, which greatly reduces the noise generated by the collision between the ball and the metal.

♦ The sealed scraper blade and the dustproof design at the bottom of the stage block greatly reduce the entry of dust and foreign objects, extending service life.

♦ A wire retainer is provided around the edge of the steel ball to prevent it from falling out.

♦ It features stable precision control, interchangeable linear guides of the same type, and maintains the same smoothness, precision and preload, while also facilitating assembly and maintenance.

♦ All steel balls used in this series are made of stainless steel.
