GAS01 series
★ Ultra-thin, lightweight platform - Utilizes a Mini stage Xyθ modular structure, achieving a thin and lightweight mechanism without a center seat. ★ High rigidity and high precision are achieved through preload applied using special crossed roller bearings. ★ Hollow structure design allows for use as an optical inspection device or continuity tester. ★ Lubrication systems are added to each motion track to improve the service life and accuracy of the alignment platform. ★ All materials undergo cryogenic treatment to effectively prevent deformation, significantly extending service life, quality, and performance. ★ Three-dimensional full inspection ensures the accuracy and quality of the stage table upon delivery.
