GAS00 series
★ Ultra-thin, lightweight platform - Utilizes a Mini stage Xyθ modular structure, achieving a thin and lightweight mechanism without a central support. ★ High rigidity and high precision are achieved through preload applied using special crossed roller bearings. ★ Hollow structure design allows for use as an optical inspection device or continuity tester. ★ Lubrication systems are added to each motion track to improve the lifespan and accuracy of the alignment platform. ★ All materials undergo cryogenic treatment to effectively prevent deformation, significantly extending service life, quality, and performance. ★ Three-dimensional full inspection ensures the accuracy and quality of the stage table at the factory. ★ GAS00-200HC: The central support module has directional limitations. If the platform needs to be used upside down, please inform us in advance to avoid abnormalities in the support module.
